Type of Fee:
User fee: $25.00 per party, annual non-refundable fee. This is collected at the first visit or exchange.
Report fees: Non-refundable fee, charged for report of visits and exchanges. Fees range from $50.00 to $200.00, per report. This is based on the number of visits or exchanged to be included. All reports are requested in writing and one copy will be provided to each party or lawyer.
Letter fee: $25.00 non-refundable fee per letter, to be requested in writing. One copy will be provided to each party or lawyer.
Other fees: $25.00 non-refundable fee charged for no shows or late cancellations.
