ACCESSING SERVICES

Each party must contact the Centre directly to discuss the suitability of the referral. The Centre will require a copy of the Court Order, Minutes of Settlement, Mediation Agreement or a Mutual Agreement between both parties and any other relative correspondence (such as bail conditions, restraining orders, etc.). Both parties will be asked to participate in separate intakes at the centre before service is offered. Each party will be asked to sign an agreement with the Centre, including the release of information forms. Both parties need to be in agreement with the COVID-19 protocols in place to utilize our services. The children may be invited to meet the Centre staff and tour the centre before, or on the day of the first visit to help prepare them for the visit or exchange.

For further details, please contact the supervised parenting time Centre in your court district.
