COURT ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our program expectation is that each court order must clarify all terms and conditions of the parenting time, such as the frequency and duration of the supervised visit (e.g., the child(ren) will have supervised visits twice a week for a duration of one hour based on Centre York Centre’s availability). Orders should not specify the actual day or time. Centre York Centre allows a two-hour maximum for visits. Court Orders should also contain provisions if necessary regarding long weekends, school holidays, family holidays, etc. Court orders must indicate services at Centre York Centre are needed.
BAIL CONDITIONS/ RESTRAINING ORDERS
In cases where there exists a restraining orders or bail conditions restricting contact between parties and/or the children, the Centre may still consider to provide services if there is a family court order that allows for exceptions to these conditions for the purposes of supervised parenting time.
