CHILD PROTECTION AGENCY INVOLVEMENT

If there is an active investigation with a Child Protection Agency, the investigation need to be closed before Centre York Centre can take the case. Once the investigation is closed CYC may may continue with intake or services. Centre York Centre will need written consent from both parties to obtain confirmation from the Child Protection Agency that they have concluded their investigation.
